Sunday Streets San Francisco is partnering with PODER (SF) to help kickoff Sunday Streets in la Mision with a grand opening procession to uplift our immigrant communities and commitment to being a city of sanctuary for all! Please join us and stand in solidarity with our immigrant communities and help all of our neighbors feel safe and welcome in our streets.
This Sunday, March 12 bring your message of respect, acceptance, and love to show the country, the world and most importantly our immigrant brothers and sisters that we will stand united against injustice. Diversity is one of San Francisco’s biggest strengths and now more than ever, it’s our duty to ensure that our diverse communities have the resources not only to live, but to thrive in our 7x7 city.
IMMIGRANT SUPPORT INFORMATION
Information for anyone who would like to protect and support our immigrant brothers and sisters will be available at the PODER booth on Valencia at 16th (right in front of Puerto Allegre). All are encouraged to stop by, regardless of your status.
PROCESSION DETAILS
WHERE: The procession will take place on the Sunday Streets Mission route on Valencia Street, starting at 24th heading north to end at 16th Street.
WHEN: Meet at 24th and Valencia at 11:00am to gather and prepare for the procession. Procession will start at 11:30.

San Francisco Es Mi Santuario
Sunday Streets se está uniendo con PODER para ayudar a comenzar Sunday Streets en la Misión con una gran procesión de apertura para elevar nuestras comunidades inmigrantes y el compromiso de ser una ciudad de santuario para todos! Únase a nosotros en solidaridad con nuestras comunidades de inmigrantes y ayude a todos los vecinos a sentirse seguros y bienvenidos en nuestras calles.
Este Domingo, 12 de Marzo, traiga su mensaje de respeto, aceptación y amor para mostrar al país, al mundo y lo más importante a nuestros hermanos y hermanas inmigrantes que estaremos unidos contra la injusticia. La diversidad es una de las mayores fortalezas de San Francisco y ahora más que nunca, es nuestro deber asegurar que nuestras diversas comunidades tengan los recursos no sólo para vivir, sino para prosperar en nuestra ciudad 7x7.
INFORMACIÓN DE APOYO A LOS INMIGRANTES
La información para cualquiera que quiera proteger y apoyar a nuestros hermanos y hermanas inmigrantes estará disponible en el estacion de PODER en Valencia en la 16ª (justo enfrente de Puerto Allegre). A todos se les anima a pasar, sin importar su estado.
DETALLES DE LA PROCESION
DÓNDE: La procesión se llevará a cabo en la ruta de la Misión de las Calles del Domingo en la calle Valencia, comenzando en el número 24 en dirección norte hasta la calle 16.
CUANDO: Reunirse en la calle 24 y Valencia a las 11:00 am para reunirse y prepararse para la procesión. La procesión comenzará a las 11:30.
OBSERVE POR FAVOR - ESTO ES UN ACONTECIMIENTO PACÍFICO, AMISTOSO A LA FAMILIA.
